The Adults Fitness Kickboxing classes at Ladysmith Martial Arts are designed for almost EVERYONE to participate and enjoy the benefits of Kickboxing in a safe and effective manner. Whether you want to lose weight, gain confidence or just have fun, our instructors will help you achieve your goals.
Our environment is non-competitive, safe and challenging. Perfect for the adult seeking focus and a fit and healthy body. Students will develop their flexibility, conditioning, punches and kicks on heavy bags every class. You don’t have to be in shape to get started, but you have to start to get in shape!
All students begin with a private lesson with one of our EXPERT instructors. Group classes begin after your first lesson to give you the feel you need for the class
The 3 Class Pass is designed to introduce you to our Fitness Kickboxing class before you begin your regular monthly membership.
This trial is to give you a chance to see our classes, try the schedule out, and to start to feel the difference our program can make to your health.
Even in the first 3 classes you will begin to feel the benefits of Fitness Cardio training in our dynamic and exciting instructor led classes.
